Use your matcha scoop to measure 2 scoops of matcha into a matcha bowl or tea bowl, add 100ml (4 fl oz) of water at 70°C (158°F) and using the whisk, carefully whisk the tea in a figure-of-eight motion, ensuring smooth and frothy tea.
Wash by gently rinsing under warm water and leave to dry.
